Savita Monroe is a Co Owner of Perfect Brow Threading Spa and Wellness located in Farmington Hills, MI. Prior to this Savita was a Senior Vice President of Product Development and part of the executive leadership team for The Geneva Watch Group based in New York where she lead the product development stage gates, created many successful in house brands for retailers and managed a creative team of direct reports as well held sales executive role for power house retailer Target. She traveled globally, to identify opportunities and created product for specific markets.
Prior to SVP Savita was a buyer for Savita Monroe is a Co Owner of Perfect Brow Threading Spa and Wellness located in Farmington Hills, MI. Prior to this Savita was a Senior Vice President of Product Development and part of the executive leadership team for The Geneva Watch Group based in New York where she lead the product development stage gates, created many successful in house brands for retailers and managed a creative team of direct reports as well held sales executive role for power house retailer Target. She traveled globally, to identify opportunities and created product for specifics markets. For example, the retail chain Winkelman’s where she held buyer roles in accessories, woven and knits and created successful private (in-house) label brands.
Savita has a knack for developing brands and seeing the opportunities that no one else does, so when her sister-in-law asked her to be a partner in the service industry, the first thing she did was to use her experience from the product development background and differentiate her self from other spa’s by offering a space that not only focused on the beauty from outside but also inside. In order to transition in the beauty and wellness industry she became a certified Barre and Yoga RYT 200, RYCT, instructor and now teaches Yoga classes in and out of her studio, including corporations who are committed to the wellness of their employees. In order to understand the beauty industry she obtained her esthetician license and now is a partner of Perfect Brow Spa and Wellness.
In 2019, Perfect Brow Spa and Wellness was awarded Small Business Impact Award from Farmington Chamber and in 2021 was in honorable mention of top 20% of 4000 in Go Global Awards.
