Visualize yourself in this safety and speak a mantra out loud or to yourself. I am safe... All is well... I am free... I am secure. Whatever resonates with you. But this is a great way to start the day.
⚡️ Speak Your Needs
If we do not speak our needs clearly and when our boundaries are violated, we become resentful. If something does not feel right, speak up. When we repress our needs we become exhausted, irritable and anxious. Ask yourself what you need from your relationships and not just romantic partnerships but all relationships.
☄️ Set Boundaries
I can not express this enough! You can wear noise canceling headphones. When you are doing sessions with clients, place a small earthen dish with sea salt and water next to you so that energy can be absorbed. Alas, take time to respond to emotionally charged messages or calls. We need to have courageous conversations but we also need the time and space to process the emotions.

There is so much happening in the world right now that we can feel the collective unrest. We have so much happening with the mass shooting in Buffalo and the threat to Roe vs Wade. When we have this kind of energy moving and surging, this can impact your energy. So being aware of what is happening in the world can help you be vigilant in your care and energetic protection.
