February is the Start of the New Year!

Greetings Family!

Has January totally gotten away from you? The month of February is your chance to press the reset button on your goals for the year. To kick off, here are some little changes to make in your every day:

Make a to-do list

I’ll leave this open-ended so that you can create whatever list fits you best, but making a list will help you to be purposeful.

Pick your time commitment and stick to it

Whether your goal is creating more, working out more, or finishing that book you keep meaning to pick back up, set a goal of commitment and stick with it.

Find your accountability circle

Surround yourself with people who understand your goals and are willing to help you get there.

Celebrating victories:

Goals take time. Celebrate the small victories along the way. Pat yourself on the back. Do a little dance. Keep encouraging yourself with positive reinforcement instead of dwelling in the reality that you haven’t quite met that goal yet!

Strength: The spiritual power for this month is represented by the disciple Andrew.

Color: Light Green

Physical Locations: Small of the back.

Affirmation: “I have the strength to accomplish all that is mine to do.”

Journal Prompts:

  • What are you currently carrying that doesn’t belong to you?

  • How can you release it?

  • What are some obstacles that you have overcome?

  • How can you celebrate your victories?

How to Develop Your Intuition as a Culture Shift(Her)

I had two strategy sessions today and I just got downloads and prayed with my clients. We have to remember God doesn’t bless you because of your strategy...blessings come from obedience.

I am not saying don’t plan or give up on due diligence but leave room for miracles.

One of my clients has two people signed up for her group program before it even went public. One paid in full and the other dropped half. This is her first program!

We are one in this. Feeling and intuition are hallmarks of the Empath. We do life and biz differently. If you want to cultivate your intuition more, here are just a few tips to cultivate your intuition and get those downloads and create healthy boundaries for biz and life!

Body Wisdom:

Your intuition speaks to you through your body, and the more you cultivate somatic awareness, the more sensitive you become. If you get an uncomfortable physical feeling when you're trying to make a decision, pay attention. Do you feel light or heavy? Got a sick feeling in your gut? Saddled with a headache or diarrhea? It could just be the result of stress responses activated by false fear, but it could also be your intuition ringing loud and clear.

Drop Out of Your Head and into Your Heart

The mind thinks, always chattering away, arguing with itself like a crazy person. Intuition, on the other hand, feels. If you're not sure whether you're listening to your fearful mind or your trustworthy intuition, see if you can differentiate whether you're thinking or feeling.

Release Your Resistance

Don't call yourself crazy when you get an intuitive hit or download. Often, the cognitive mind argues with intuition rather than trusting it. By doing this, you may rationalize yourself out of intuition knowing that it could change your life for the better.

Intuitive Writing:

This is a powerful tool for connecting with your intuition. Take out your journal and write out a pressing matter or question that you would like an answer for. With your less dominant hand feel into your heart space or into your gut and write you is revealed to you. This is a great way to be filled up by the Spirit!

White Space:

Close your calendar off and spend time alone. Find 20 minutes a day for you and you alone. This can be meditation, a bath, a walk or dancing. When you can take your mind off this world, the more the inner world opens up for you!

Try these out and let me know if these have worked for you by dropping me a line!

Intentionally yours,

Ber-Henda
